The 2021 Minnesota high school football season enters the final stage. Teams have persevered through a rugged regular season not to mention COVID-19 and all its protocols to advance to the state's ultimate tournament.

The last state championships in Minnesota occurred in 2019 when the following teams earned titles: Wayzata (Plymouth) (AAAAAA), Chaska (AAAAA), Rocori (Cold Spring) (AAAA), Pierz (AAA), Caledonia (AA), Blooming Prairie (A) and Mountain Lake/Mountain Lake Christian (Mountain Lake) (9-man).
