West Rusk had to endure a five-game losing streak, but that streak is no more. They came out on top against the Rusk Eagles by a score of 3-1 on Tuesday. For the Raiders, this counts as revenge for the 2-0 victory the Eagles walked away with the last time they faced one another back in August of 2023.

Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-10, 17-25, 25-12, 25-19.

Hannah Haffner paced West Rusk's offense, picking up 11 kills. Haffner got some help from Kimora Pryor and her 26 assists. Mackenzie Ressler controlled things from the service line, finishing with six aces.

West Rusk's win bumped their record up to 3-7. As for Rusk, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 2-8.
