Soccer Game Preview: Panorama vs. Kennedy

Panorama is 0-10 against Kennedy since December of 2018 but things could change on Wednesday. The Panorama Pythons will be playing at home against the Kennedy Cougars at 4:30 p.m. Neither team made it on the board the last time they hit the pitch, so they've probably got a bit of extra motivation.

Panorama is headed into Wednesday's match looking for a big change in momentum after dropping their ninth straight game on Saturday. They lost 4-0 to San Fernando.

Meanwhile, Kennedy came tearing into Friday's contest with five straight wins (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 4 goals) and they left with even more momentum. They never let the Tigers onto the board and left with a 1-0 win. Give the Cougars' defense some credit: that's the team's third straight shutout.

Their one-goal win came courtesy of Leileen Morales, who's now up to two this season.

Kennedy's victory was their fifth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 12-3-1. Those victories came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they scored 13 goals over those five games. As for Panorama, their defeat dropped their record down to 0-9.

Panorama might still be hurting after the 16-0 loss they got from Kennedy in their previous meeting back in January of 2024. Can Panorama avenge their defeat or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
