Volleyball Game Preview: Carson Colts vs. San Pedro Pirates + Official Tickets

The Carson Colts will square off against the San Pedro Pirates at 4:45 p.m. on Thursday. Each of these teams will be fighting to keep a win streak alive as Carson comes in on four and San Pedro on eight.

On Monday, Carson made easy work of Rancho Dominguez and carried off a 3-0 win.

Carson never let Rancho Dominguez on the board, but things got pretty close in the second set. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-15, 26-24, 25-21.

Meanwhile, San Pedro got the win against Gardena on Monday by a conclusive 3-0.

The victory got San Pedro back to even at 11-11. As for Carson, their win bumped their record up to 12-7.

Carson couldn't quite get it done against San Pedro in their previous meeting two weeks ago as they fell 3-1. Can the Colts avenge their loss or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
