Soccer Recap: Burlingame Victorious

Burlingame kept a clean sheet against Sequoia on Thursday. They came out on top against the Sequoia Ravens by a score of 2-0. The score was all tied up 0-0 at the break, but the Panthers were the better team in the second half.

Burlingame picked up their first road win, bumping their record up to 4-5-3. As for Sequoia, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 3-6-2.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Burlingame will challenge Menlo-Atherton at 6:15 p.m. on Tuesday. Menlo-Atherton will roll in looking for their fourth straight victory, something Burlingame surely won't give up without a fight. As for Sequoia, they will take on Hillsdale at 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Sequoia is facing Hillsdale at the right time seeing as Hillsdale is stuck on a three-game losing streak.
