Meanwhile, Lamar County didn't have quite enough to beat First Presbyterian Day on Tuesday and fell 3-2. Lamar County have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Academy for Classical Education took their win against Lamar County in their previous meeting back in February of 2022 by a conclusive 6-1 score. In that contest, the Gryphons amassed a halftime lead of 4-0, an impressive feat they'll look to repeat on Thursday.
