Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Scotts Valley). Everything went their way against the St. Francis Sharks on Friday as the Scotts Valley Falcons made off with a 58-37 win. The Falcons have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won three matches by 21 points or more this season.

Scotts Valley's success was the result of a balanced attack that saw several players step up, but Brooklyn Williams led the charge by putting up 17 points and four steals. Williams is on a roll when it comes to steals, as she's now grabbed two or more in the last six games she's played. The team also got some help courtesy of Amaya Guerra, who dropped a double-double on 14 points and ten boards.

Scotts Valley was working as a unit and finished the game with 17 assists. That's the most assists they've managed all season.

Scotts Valley's victory was their sixth straight at home dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 7-2. The wins came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 54.0 points per game. As for St. Francis, their defeat ended a 14-game streak of away wins dating back to last season and brought them to 7-2.
