Rockport-Fulton and Aransas Pass are an even 3-3 against one another since January of 2017, but not for long. The Pirates will challenge the Panthers at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Given that the two teams suffered a loss in their last games, they both have a little extra motivation heading into this game.

On Tuesday, Rockport-Fulton ended up a good deal behind Orange Grove and lost 57-42.

Meanwhile, Aransas Pass unfortunately couldn't capitalize on their home-court advantage in their season opener. The contest between the Panthers and Ingleside didn't end well, with the Panthers falling 54-36. The defeat continues a trend for the Panthers in their meetings with the Mustangs: they've now lost four in a row.

Rockport-Fulton barely slipped by Aransas Pass when the teams last played back in November of 2024, winning 51-50. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Pirates since the team won't have the home-court advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
