Soccer Recap: Stone Mountain Comes Up Short

It's hard to turn regular season success into postseason wins, a fact Stone Mountain can now relate to. They lost 5-1 to the Jenkins Warriors on Friday. Things were pretty much settled by the half as Stone Mountain were already down 4-1.

Stone Mountain's loss dropped their record down to 7-6. As for Jenkins, they pushed their record up to 15-1 with the victory, which was their tenth straight at home.

Stone Mountain does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Jenkins, they are taking a road trip to take on Northwest Whitfield at 6:00 p.m. on Friday.
