Softball Recap: Seward Comes Up Short

Seward made up a huge gap compared to their last game against Beatrice, but they still couldn't quite topple them. The Bluejays fell just short of the Orangemen by a score of 4-2 on Thursday. The defeat continues a trend for the Bluejays in their meetings with the Orangemen: they've now lost seven in a row.

Seward's loss dropped their record down to 11-15. As for Beatrice, the victory was the 19th in a row for them, bringing their record up to 27-4.

As of now, neither Seward nor the Orangemen have any future games scheduled.
