Windward waltzed into their matchup on Monday with four straight wins... but they left with five. Their defense stepped up to hand the Brentwood School Eagles a 1-0 shutout. Lexi Gelbard had the honor of scoring the game-winner for the Wildcats.

Windward pushed their record up to 10-2 with the victory, which was their third straight on the road. The wins came thanks in part to their defensive effort, having only given up one goal over those three contests. As for Brentwood School, their defeat was their first in the league, dropping their league record down to 3-1-1 and their overall record down to 8-2-2.

Windward does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Brentwood School, they wasted no time getting back out on the pitch and have already played their next game, a 2-1 win against Viewpoint on the 5th.
