Soccer Recap: South Atlanta Takes a Tough Playoff Loss

South Atlanta and Coahulla Creek squared off in some playoff action on Friday, but South Atlanta had to settle for second. They lost 10-0 to the Colts. While losing is never fun, South Atlanta can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Georgia soccer rankings (they are ranked 400th, while Coahulla Creek are ranked 79th).

South Atlanta has also been struggling recently as they've lost seven of their last eight games. That's put a noticeable dent in their 6-10 record this season. As for Coahulla Creek, they pushed their record up to 10-4 with the win, which was their sixth straight at home.

South Atlanta does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Coahulla Creek, they have already played their next contest, a 7-1 victory against Sumter County on the 2nd.
