The Johansen Vikings won the last time they faced the Bret Harte Bullfrogs, and things went their way on Thursday too. Johansen came out on top against Bret Harte by a score of 51-42. The victory made it back-to-back wins for Johansen.

Johansen's win was a true team effort, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Jamie Zarilla , who scored eight points along with 13 steals and eight rebounds. Zarilla is absolutely dominating the steal category: she's posted at least two every time she's taken the court this season. The team also got some help courtesy of Selena Manis , who went 6 for 10 from beyond the arc en route to 18 points and 0 assists.

Johansen has been performing well recently as they've won three of their last four matches, which provided a nice bump to their 7-7 record this season. As for Bret Harte, their loss ended an eight-game streak of wins at home dating back to last season and dropped them to 7-5.
