Soccer Recap: More Comes Up Short

After soaring to five goals the game before, More was a bit more limited in their match on Tuesday. They came up short against The Nueva School, falling 7-1. The Knights were in a tough position after the first half, with the score already sitting at 4-0.

Their goal came courtesy of Beatrice Schaper, which was the first she's scored this season.

More's defeat dropped their record down to 8-3-2. As for The Nueva School, the victory (which was their 11th in a row) raised their record to 17-1.

Coming up, More will take on Summit Preparatory at 3:30 p.m. on Wednesday. Summit Preparatory's last three contests have been decided by no more than a goal, so don't be surprised if it's a close one. As for The Nueva School, they will challenge KIPP Esperanza at 3:30 p.m. on Wednesday.
