West Hills has gone 8-2 against Santana recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Friday. The West Hills Wolf Pack are taking a road trip to square off against the Santana Sultans at 5:30 p.m. Both teams are coming into the game red-hot, with West Hills sitting on four straight wins and Santana on three.

West Hills is headed in fresh off scoring the most points they have all season. They really took it to Valhalla for the full four quarters, racking up a 69-27 victory. Given the Wolf Pack's advantage in MaxPreps' California basketball rankings (they are ranked 320th, while the Norsemen are ranked 1123rd), the result on Tuesday wasn't entirely unexpected.

West Hills had a senior duo take command as Jordan Dillon went 9 of 19 on her way to 26 points in addition to eight boards and four steals and Ava Kinser went 6 for 15 en route to 18 points and six steals. That makes it three consecutive games in which Dillon has scored at least a third of West Hills' points. Another player making a difference was Kaelyn Roberson, who went 6 of 8 en route to 12 points.

West Hills smashed the offensive glass and finished the game with 23 offensive boards. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now pulled down at least eight offensive rebounds in five consecutive matches.

Meanwhile, you can't lose the game if you win every quarter, and that was precisely Santana's strategy against Mount Miguel on Tuesday. Everything went Santana's way against Mount Miguel as Santana made off with a 39-18 win. The Sultans have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won eight contests by 21 points or more this season.

Santana's win came from a few key players West Hills will need to keep an eye on. One of the most notable was Sam Mora, who posted 12 points and three steals. She is on a roll when it comes to steals, as she's now grabbed two or more in the last three games she's played. Harper Diaz was another key player, putting up seven points along with 14 rebounds and seven steals.

West Hills' victory bumped their record up to 13-6. As for Santana, their win bumped their record up to 17-4.
