Softball Recap: Worth County Comes Up Short + How To Watch

It's hard to turn regular season success into postseason wins, a fact Worth County can now relate to. They came up short against the Social Circle Redskins on Wednesday, falling 10-3. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Redskins this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 7-2 on Wednesday.

Isabelle Hancock and Ansley Bartley did some serious damage despite the final result: Hancock went a perfect 2-for-2 with one stolen base and one run, while Bartley went 2-for-3 with one stolen base, two RBI, and one double.

Worth County has also traveled a rocky road recently, having lost ten of their last 12 contests. That's put a noticeable dent in their 11-21 record this season. As for Social Circle, they pushed their record up to 26-5 with the win, which was their fifth straight at home.

As of now, neither Worth County nor the Redskins have any future games scheduled.
