Baseball Game Preview: Benedictine Cadets vs. New Hampstead Phoenix

For the second straight game, Benedictine will face off against New Hampstead. The Cadets will look to defend their home field on Wednesday against the Phoenix at 6:00 p.m.

Benedictine's pitching crew heads into the game hoping to repeat the dominance they displayed on Tuesday. They blew past New Hampstead 12-0. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Cadets.

For New Hampstead's part, they saw two different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Messiah Worriels, who went 1-for-2 with one double.

Benedictine's victory bumped their record up to 14-15. As for New Hampstead, they dropped their record down to 6-15 with the defeat, which was their eighth straight at home.
