Recap: Rock Academy Warriors vs. Orange Glen Patriots
The Rock Academy Warriors lost to the Orange Glen Patriots back in February of 2018, but they didn't allow them the same satisfaction on Friday. Rock Academy secured a 36-31 W over Orange Glen. The victory made it back-to-back wins for Rock Academy.
Multiple players turned in solid performances to lead Rock Academy to victory, but perhaps none more so than Thereza Horugavye, who almost dropped a double-double on ten points and nine rebounds. Adeline Hooper was another key contributor, scoring ten points.
Rock Academy is on a roll lately: they've won three of their last four matchups, which provided a nice bump to their 9-11 record this season. As for Orange Glen, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 8-12.
Rock Academy will look to defend their home court on Tuesday against Escondido Charter at 5:30 p.m. As for Orange Glen, they will head out on the road to challenge Rock Academy at 5:00 p.m. on Friday.
