Soccer Recap: St. Lucy's Snaps Five-Game Streak of Wins at Home

St. Lucy entered their contest against Etiwanda on Friday without any home losses, but there's a first time for everything. The St. Lucy's Regents fell 3-1 to the Etiwanda Eagles. Having soared to a lofty four goals in the game before, the Regents couldn't push the score so high this time.

St. Lucy's defeat ended a five-game streak of wins at home and dropped them to 10-4-4. As for Etiwanda, their win was their third straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 12-3-2.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. St. Lucy's will challenge Upland at 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday. St. Lucy's is facing Upland at the right time seeing as Upland is stuck on a three-game losing streak. As for Etiwanda, they will head out on the road to face off against Chino Hills at 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday.
