Soccer Recap: South Fork Takes a Loss

South Fork lost against McKinleyville back in October of 2024, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Friday. The Cubs fell just short of the Panthers by a score of 2-1. South Fork have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Their goal came courtesy of Elizabeth Chivington, who's now up to three this season.

South Fork's loss dropped their record down to 1-4-2. As for McKinleyville, they now have a winning record of 2-1.

South Fork wasted no time getting back out on the pitch and has already played their next match, a 2-0 victory against Upper Lake on the 6th. As for McKinleyville, they also didn't take long to hit the pitch again: they've already played their next game, a 0-0 defeat against Calistoga on the 6th.
