Baseball Recap: Muncie Central Comes Up Short

Muncie Central was not able to break out of their rough patch on Wednesday as the team picked up their sixth straight loss. They lost 11-0 to the Alexandria-Monroe Tigers.

Muncie Central's defeat dropped their record down to 3-19. As for Alexandria-Monroe, they have been performing incredibly well recently as they've won nine of their last ten games. That's provided a nice bump to their 20-5 record this season.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming contests. Muncie Central will venture away from home to take on New Castle at 5:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Alexandria-Monroe, they will head out to challenge Anderson at 5:30 p.m. on Thursday.
