Underclassman Kariss Rosenthal came into Tuesday's contest looking to prove herself and that's exactly what she did. She wasn't messing around on Tuesday, striking out six batters over 6.1 innings while giving up just two earned runs off eight hits (and only one walk). The pitching appearance was her third straight with six or more strikeouts.
