Soccer Recap: Roswell Comes Up Short at Home Against River Ridge

Roswell unfortunately couldn't capitalize on their home-pitch advantage in their season opener. They took a 3-1 hit to the loss column at the hands of the River Ridge Knights on Monday. The defeat continues a trend for the Hornets in their matchups with the Knights: they've now lost four in a row.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Roswell is headed away from home for the first time to square off against Denmark at 8:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for River Ridge, they will head out on the road to challenge Harrison at 8:00 p.m. on Friday.
