Piedmont Hills won the last time they faced Overfelt and things went their way on Friday too. The Pirates blew past the Royals 27-6. The Pirates pushed the score to 20-0 by the end of the third, a deficit the Royals had little chance of recovering from.

Piedmont Hills' win was the result of several impressive offensive performances. One of the most notable came from Diego Arias, who picked up 176 receiving yards and three scores. Arias' longest reception was for an incredible 83 yards. The team also got some help courtesy of John Palomo, who threw for 265 yards and three TDs while picking up 10.6 yards per attempt.

Piedmont Hills' defense stepped up as well, laying out the QB five times. The heavy lifting was done by Donovan Johnson and Nico Quetania, who racked up four sacks between them.

The win got Piedmont Hills back to even at 3-3. As for Overfelt, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 2-4.
