Laguna Beach had won two straight games and Fiona McCormick did her part to make it three on Tuesday. The Breakers enjoyed a cozy 52-33 win over the Dana Hills Dolphins thanks in part to McCormick, who posted 30 points. Laguna Beach is 7-2 when McCormick posts 15 or more points, but 2-3 otherwise.

Laguna Beach's victory bumped their record up to 9-5. As for Dana Hills, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 3-9.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Laguna Beach will get to enjoy the win for a while: their next game is against Sage Hill at 5:30 p.m. on January 6, 2026. The game will give the Breakers their first taste of in-conference action this season. As for Dana Hills, they will be home for the holidays to greet Capistrano Valley at 10:30 a.m. on Saturday.
