While Plainview put up plenty of runs on Tuesday, the same can't be said for Ardmore. The Indians were the clear victors by a 15-0 margin over the Tigers. The win continues a trend for the Indians in their matchups with the Tigers: they've now won six in a row.
Landree Upshaw was a major factor while hitting and pitching. She struck out six batters over two innings while giving up no earned runs or hits. Upshaw was also big at the plate, going a perfect 1-for-1 with two RBI and one run.
In other batting news, Plainview let Chloe Phelps and Ally Brown run wild. Phelps went a perfect 2-for-2 with three RBI, two doubles, and one stolen base, while Brown went a perfect 1-for-1 with three stolen bases, two runs, and one RBI. That's the most stolen bases Brown has posted since back in September of 2024. Jazmin McGee was another key player, getting on base in both of her plate appearances with three stolen bases and one run.
