Soccer Recap: Burbank Comes Up Short

After flying high against Valley last Tuesday, Burbank came back down to earth. The Burbank Titans lost 3-0 to the West Campus Warriors on Thursday. If the Titans were looking for revenge after losing 7-0 to them when the teams met, then they'll just have to keep looking.

Burbank's defeat dropped their record down to 7-7-2. As for West Campus, the victory was the fourth in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 8-1-3.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Burbank will host Armijo at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday. As for West Campus, they will be playing in front of their home fans against Johnson at 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday. West Campus is strutting in with some offensive muscle as they've averaged 4.4 goals per game this season.
