Baseball Recap: St. John's Prep Comes Up Short

Wednesday just wasn't the day for St. John's Prep's offense. They lost 14-0 to the Archbishop Stepinac Crusaders on Wednesday. The Red Storm just can't catch a break and have now endured five losses in a row.

St. John's Prep's defeat dropped their record down to 3-8-2. As for Archbishop Stepinac, they pushed their record up to 16-7 with the victory, which was their eighth straight at home.

We've got plenty of inter-league action coming up soon. St. John's Prep will take on rival St. Francis Prep at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday. Meanwhile, Archbishop Stepinac is set to face off against their familiar foe St. Raymond Boys at 1:00 p.m. on Sunday.
