Ganesha has gone 8-2 against Edgewood recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Tuesday. The Ganesha Giants will head out to face off against the Edgewood Lions at 5:00 p.m. Each of these teams will be fighting to keep a win streak alive as Ganesha comes in on ten and Edgewood on four.

Ganesha's defense heads into the contest hoping to repeat the dominance they displayed on Thursday. They were the clear victor by a 5-0 margin over Pomona. Give the Giants' defense some credit: that's the team's eighth straight shutout.

Izabella Acosta was the driving force of Ganesha's attack as she scored all five of Ganesha's goals, bringing her season total up to 45 goals.

Meanwhile, Edgewood got the win against La Puente on Thursday by a conclusive 8-0. The result was nothing new for the Lions, who have now won six matches by three goals or more so far this season.

Ganesha's win was their sixth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 11-2-1. The wins came thanks to their defensive effort, having only given up one goal over those six games. As for Edgewood, they have been performing incredibly well recently as they've won seven of their last eight contests, which provided a massive bump to their 10-6-1 record this season.

Everything went Ganesha's way against Edgewood in their previous meeting back in January, as Ganesha made off with a 4-0 victory. The rematch might be a little tougher for Ganesha since the squad won't have the home-pitch advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
