Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Sherman Oaks CES). They simply couldn't be stopped on Thursday as they easily beat the East Valley Falcons 79-7. The victory was just business as usual for the Knights, who after seven games remain undefeated this season.

Sherman Oaks CES's win was their sixth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 7-0. The wins came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 57.5 points per game. As for East Valley, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 3-3.

Sherman Oaks CES will have some time to savor their victory since their next game is a little ways off: they'll take on North Hollywood at 12:30 p.m. on January 2, 2025. Sherman Oaks CES's defense has only allowed 24.3 points per game this season, so North Hollywood's offense will have their work cut out for them. East Valley will also get a bit of a break before their next contest: they'll face off against Vaughn at 5:30 p.m. on January 9, 2025.
