Football Game Preview: Stephen-Argyle Central Storm vs. Goodridge/Grygla Chargers

The Stephen-Argyle Central Storm will square off against the Goodridge/Grygla Chargers on Saturday. Each of these teams will be fighting to keep a win streak alive as Stephen-Argyle Central comes in on six and Goodridge/Grygla on four.

Stephen-Argyle Central is on a roll after a high-stakes playoff matchup on Tuesday. They strolled past Win-E-Mac with points to spare, taking the game 49-30. The final result isn't all that surprising considering the Storm's considerable advantage in MaxPreps' Minnesota football rankings (they are ranked third, while the Patriots are ranked 48th).

Meanwhile, Goodridge/Grygla was fully in charge on Tuesday, breezing past Warren-Alvarado-Oslo 47-6. The result was nothing new for the Chargers, who have now won four games by 36 points or more so far this season.

Goodridge/Grygla's win bumped their record up to 7-2. As for Stephen-Argyle Central, their victory bumped their record up to 8-1.

Stephen-Argyle Central didn't have too much breathing room in their matchup against Goodridge/Grygla in their previous matchup back in September, but they still walked away with a 6-0 win. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Storm since the squad won't have the home-field advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
