Several Stallions players turned in solid performances, despite ultimately coming up short. Perhaps the best among those players was BRIANNAH LORTA, who scored 13 points. LORTA scored a full 44.8% of Madera South's points, the sixth time in a row she's earned more than a third of the team's points. MAYRILIN VASQUEZ was another key contributor, scoring 8 points.
The victory got Immanuel back to even at 1-1. As for Madera South, their loss dropped their record down to 3-3.
Immanuel will square off against Washington Union at 5:30 p.m. on Thursday. As for Madera South, they will head out on the road to face off against Edison at 6:30 p.m. on Friday. The matchup should be an exciting one, as these teams are ranked near one another in California (Edison is ranked 254th, while Madera South is ranked 256th).
