Basketball Recap: Catherine Ahart Key Part of a Team Effort in Hornets Win

Enterprise lost to Redding Christian back in January of 2020, but they didn't allow them the same satisfaction on Tuesday. The Enterprise Hornets enjoyed a cozy 46-27 victory over the Redding Christian Lions. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Hornets.

Enterprise's win was the result of several impressive offensive performances. One of the most notable came from Catherine Ahart, who went 8 for 17 on her way to 16 points and five steals. Keyona Dotson was another key player, putting up 12 points and four steals.

Enterprise was working as a unit and finished the game with 17 assists. That's the most assists they've posted since back in November of 2023.

Enterprise's win bumped their record up to 6-7. As for Redding Christian, their loss was their fourth straight on the road dating back to last season, which dropped their record down to 4-7.

Enterprise will face off against Modoc at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday. Modoc will roll in looking for their seventh straight victory, something Enterprise surely won't give up without a fight. As for Redding Christian, they will challenge Burney at 2:30 p.m. on Wednesday. Burney is strutting in with some offensive muscle as they've averaged 50.2 points per game this season.
