Soccer Game Preview: Convent of the Sacred Heart vs. San Domenico

For the first time this season, Convent of the Sacred Heart will have a chance to prove themselves in a conference matchup. They will venture away from home to face off against the San Domenico Panthers at 2:00 p.m. on Friday. Expect the scorekeeper to be kept busy: if their previous games are any indication, these teams will really light up the scoreboard.

As a matter of fact, Convent of the Sacred Heart put up the most goals they have all season on Friday. They and Bentley finished up their contest with a 4-4 draw. The result (or lack thereof) marked Convent of the Sacred Heart's first draw of the season.

Meanwhile, San Domenico kept a clean sheet against Drew on Tuesday. They put the hurt on the Dragons with a sharp 5-0 win. Considering San Domenico have won three matches by more than two goals this season, Tuesday's blowout was nothing new.

San Domenico's victory bumped their record up to 4-1. Convent of the Sacred Heart's draw gives them a new season record of 1-2-1.
