Nevada had to endure a 13-game losing streak, but that streak is no more. Everything went their way against the South Tama County Trojans on Tuesday as they made off with a 12-2 win. The match marked the Cubs' most dominant victory of the season so far.

The win was their first at home , bumping their record up to 3-13. As for South Tama County, their loss was their 24th straight on the road dating back to last season, which dropped their record down to 1-16.

Nevada didn't take long to hit the field again: they've already played their next contest, a 12-2 defeat against Perry on the 25th. As for South Tama County, they also wasted no time getting back out on the field and have already played their next game, a 15-2 loss against Clear Creek-Amana on the 25th.
