Basketball Recap: Hershey Comes Up Short

Hershey was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their third straight defeat. They were six points away from ending the streak, but they lost a 29-23 heartbreaker at the hands of the Lower Dauphin Falcons. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Falcons this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 41-29 back in December of 2025.

Hershey's loss dropped their record down to 2-7. As for Lower Dauphin, their win ended a five-game drought on the road dating back to last season and puts them at 3-4.

Hershey has already played their next matchup (against Milton Hershey), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing. As for Lower Dauphin, they will challenge Cedar Cliff at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. The Colts' defense has only allowed 25.3 points per game this season, so the Falcons' offense will have their work cut out for them.
