Park Tudor proved they can win big on Tuesday (they won by ten) and on Wednesday they proved they can win the close ones too. They had just enough and edged out the Brebeuf Jesuit Preparatory Braves 9-8. The Panthers have seen this before: they got the W the last time they saw the Braves, too.

Desmond Francis was incredible, getting on base in four of his five plate appearances with one home run, three RBI, and two runs. That's the most RBI he has posted since back in April. Another player making a difference was Jack Clarke, who got on base in three of his five plate appearances with two runs.

Park Tudor's win bumped their record up to 16-5. As for Brebeuf Jesuit Preparatory, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 10-10.

Park Tudor didn't take long to hit the field again: they've already played their next matchup, a 12-10 victory against Speedway on the 15th. As for Brebeuf Jesuit Preparatory, they also wasted no time getting back out on the field and have already played their next contest, a 13-4 win against Covenant Christian on the 21st.
