Basketball Recap: Montgomery Takes a Loss

Montgomery was not able to break out of their rough patch on Monday as the team picked up their sixth straight loss. They were outmatched by the Muncy Indians and fell 60-2. While losing is never fun, the Red Raiders can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Pennsylvania basketball rankings (they are ranked 714th, while the Indians are ranked 259th).

Montgomery's defeat dropped their record down to 3-17. As for Muncy, the win (which was their fifth in a row) raised their record to 17-4.

Looking ahead, Montgomery will square off against Millville at 7:30 p.m. on Wednesday. As for Muncy, they will face off against Bucktail at 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday.
