Soccer Recap: Vidalia Takes a Loss

After soaring to four goals the game before, Vidalia was a bit more limited in their matchup on Friday. They came up short against the Toombs County Bulldogs, falling 4-0. The Indians have struggled against the Bulldogs recently, as the game was their seventh consecutive lost matchup.

Vidalia's loss dropped their record down to 2-4. As for Toombs County, their victory bumped their record up to 5-1.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Vidalia will venture away from home to square off against East Laurens at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Toombs County, they will head out to face off against Pierce County at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Pierce County will roll in looking for their fourth straight win, something Toombs County surely won't give up without a fight.
