Softball Recap: Community Christian Puts Losing Streak Behind Them

Community Christian had to endure a nine-game losing streak, but that streak is no more. Their pitchers stepped up to hand the Del City Eagles a 1-0 shutout on Thursday.

Community Christian picked up their first road win, bumping their record up to 3-9. As for Del City, they dropped their record down to 0-10-1 with the loss, which was their sixth straight at home dating back to last season.

Community Christian has already played their next matchup, a 9-4 defeat against Western Heights on the 4th. As for Del City, they also wasted no time getting back out on the field and have already played their next game, a 12-2 victory against Grant on the 4th.
