Softball Recap: Duluth Comes Up Short

Duluth came into their game on Thursday off a hard-fought close win, but unfortunately suffered a serious change of fortune. They came up short against the North Gwinnett Bulldogs, falling 12-0. Unfortunately, that's the third time they've come up short against the Bulldogs this season, with their most recent loss being a 14-0 defeat back in August.

Duluth now has a losing record of 8-9. As for North Gwinnett, the win (which was their seventh in a row) raised their record to 19-2.

Coming up, Duluth will face off against Lanier at 5:30 p.m. on Monday. As for North Gwinnett, they will challenge Peachtree Ridge at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday.
