Softball Recap: Lincoln Southeast Takes a Loss

Lincoln Southeast suffered their closest defeat since September 19, 2024 on Saturday. They fell just short of the Scottsbluff Bearcats by a score of 8-6.

Addilynn Foley was cooking despite her team's loss, going a perfect 3-for-3 with two doubles, two RBI, and one run. Makhya Jay was another key player, going 1-for-3 with one stolen base, two RBI, and one run.

Lincoln Southeast's loss dropped their record down to 4-21. As for Scottsbluff, they have been performing well recently as they've won four of their last five games. That's provided a nice bump to their 13-11 record this season.
