The Vacaville Christian Falcons will take on the Mesa Verde Mavericks at 6:00 p.m. on Friday. Both squads will be entering this one on the heels of a big victory.
Vacaville Christian is headed in fresh off scoring the most points they have all season. They were the clear victor by a 61-36 margin over Golden Sierra on Tuesday. The victory was a breath of fresh air for the Falcons as it put an end to their four-game losing streak.
Vacaville Christian found their leader in freshman Elena Vizcay, who dropped a triple-double on 22 points, 16 rebounds, and 18 steals. That makes it five consecutive games in which Vizcay has scored at least a third of Vacaville Christian's points.
