Basketball Recap: Brashear Comes Up Short

Brashear entered their matchup against Taylor Allderdice on Friday without any home losses, but there's a first time for everything. The Brashear Bulls had to suffer through a 74-28 loss at the hands of the Taylor Allderdice Dragons. The Bulls were in a tough position after the first half, with the score already sitting at 51-10.

Brashear's defeat ended a three-game streak of wins at home and dropped them to 5-4. As for Taylor Allderdice, the win (which was their fifth in a row) raised their record to 8-5.

Brashear will head out on the road to square off against Penn Hills at 7:00 p.m. on January 24th. As for Taylor Allderdice, they won't have much time to rest: their next contest is against Brentwood at 12:00 p.m. on Saturday.
