Jackson extended their winning streak to three on Tuesday, bumping them up to 15-7. Everything went their way against the St. Dominic Crusaders as they made off with a 12-4 victory. The result was nothing new for the Fighting Indians, who have now won seven games by seven runs or more so far this season.

As for St. Dominic, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 10-7. The pitching woes were uncharacteristic for they, who until this contest were averaging 3.35 runs allowed.

For St. Dominic's part, they saw five different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Ana Fleck, who went 2-for-4 with one run.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming matchups. Jackson will face off against Northwest at 4:15 p.m. on Wednesday. As for St. Dominic, they will take on Incarnate Word Academy at 4:00 p.m. on Thursday. The Crusaders' pitchers better be ready for this one: the Red Knights have averaged an impressive 7.7 runs per game this season.
