Volleyball Recap: Holliston Comes Up Short

Holliston was the 3-1 winner over Dennis-Yarmouth Regional when they last played one another back in November of 2024, but their luck changed this time around. The Panthers fell just short of the Dolphins by a score of 3-2 on Friday. The Panthers have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back matches.

While Holliston ultimately came up short, they really made Dennis-Yarmouth Regional work, particularly in the third set. The match finished with set scores of 25-22, 21-25, 27-25, 22-25, 15-11.

Holliston's loss dropped their record down to 7-5. As for Dennis-Yarmouth Regional, the win snapped their losing streak at four matches and leaves them with a 4-8 record.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming matchups. Holliston will square off against Westwood at 6:00 p.m. on Monday. As for Dennis-Yarmouth Regional, they will take on Nauset Regional at 5:30 p.m. on Monday.
