Washington is 10-0 against Mission San Jose since December of 2019 and they'll have a chance to extend that success on Thursday. The Washington Huskies will host the Mission San Jose Warriors at 4:00 p.m. Washington will be strutting in after a victory while Mission San Jose will be coming in after a loss.

Mission San Jose better have a healthy lead at halftime, because if last week is any indication, that's when Washington really get things going. Washington never let Irvington onto the board and left with a 5-0 win on Tuesday. It was an even better day for Ava Garcia as she scored three goals for her team.

Meanwhile, Mission San Jose was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their fifth straight defeat. They lost 11-0 to James Logan. While losing is never fun, the Warriors can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' California soccer rankings (they are ranked 1057th, while the Colts are ranked 385th).

The victory got Washington back to even at 6-6-1. As for Mission San Jose, their loss dropped their record down to 2-10-1.

Washington took their win against Mission San Jose in their previous matchup back in January by a conclusive 12-0. Does Washington have another victory up their sleeve, or will Mission San Jose turn the tables on them? We'll have the answer soon enough.
