Softball Recap: Newcastle Beats Norman North for Their Sixth Straight Victory

Newcastle had already won five in a row and they went ahead and made it six on Monday. They walked away with a 9-6 win over the Norman North Timberwolves. That result was just more of the same for these two, as the Racers also won the last time the pair played back in September of 2023.

Newcastle's victory bumped their record up to 17-4-1. As for Norman North, they now have a losing record of 14-15.

Norman North wasted no time getting back out on the field and has already played their next game, a 5-4 loss against Tuttle on the 29th. Hopefully Newcastle paid attention to the Timberwolves' contest: the next time they hit the field, they'll take on the Timberwolves at 6:00 p.m. on Monday.
