David Emanuel Academy took a seven-run defeat the last time they faced off against Edmund Burke Academy, but this time they managed to keep it close and that made all the difference. The Eagles came out on top in a nail-biter against the Spartans on Tuesday, sneaking past 6-5. The victory was familiar territory for the Eagles, who have now won five contests in a row.
