Softball Recap: Deer Creek Takes a Loss

Deer Creek was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their ninth straight defeat. They were a single run away from ending the streak, but they lost a 4-3 heartbreaker at the hands of the Tuttle Tigers. That's two games in a row now that the Antlers have lost by just one run.

Deer Creek's loss dropped their record down to 5-10. As for Tuttle, their victory was their sixth straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 18-3.

Deer Creek didn't take long to hit the field again: they've already played their next match, a 7-3 win against Edmond Santa Fe on the 15th. As for Tuttle, they also wasted no time getting back out on the field and have already played their next contest, a 6-2 victory against Edmond Memorial on the 13th.
